Yo @GetSpectrum I thought by upgrading my service meant better service. But since then I’m constantly loosing my internet connection. And when I call all I get is people telling me to unplug and replug in my equipment. This is frustrating!!! Please help

@Ask_Spectrum am I the only one with problems with the TV app and other TV streaming services? Apple TV, YouTube, etc. are working, just not the Spectrum TV connected services.

@CraigSetzer We turned TWC on and their coverage is terrible. They are all over the place, lots of "interesting but irrelevant" and repetitive conjecture, and after watching a half hour our take-aways are minimal. We used to watch that crap until we found @CraigSetzer .

@BluezUSA @GetSpectrum @WWEonFOX Guessing it's a delivery issue from their main satellite intake since all my other channels are working. I was able to get it working from "other sources" so it's definitely a spectrum issue.
