@GetSpectrum finally I received a tech that fixed my issue. (Hopefully) I have called atleast 3 times a month and still had issues. Bernard was professional and explained the issue and seemed to fixed it!!!

Yo @GetSpectrum I thought by upgrading my service meant better service. But since then I’m constantly loosing my internet connection. And when I call all I get is people telling me to unplug and replug in my equipment. This is frustrating!!! Please help

@Ask_Spectrum Thank you, I have already spoken to one of your very professional representatives and made an appointment for service. 🙏✨ Just wanted to illustrate how problematic internet disruptions can be for artists trying to broadcast live while producing content. All my work, now ruined.
