THIS IS NOW REOPENED TO TRAFFIC, BUT INVESTIGATORS SAY IT STARTED WHEN SOMEONE CALLED 911 ABOUT SHOTS BEING FIRED IN A BUILDING WITH PEOPLE INSIDE, WE’RE TOLD A CHASE ENSUED STARTING NEAR PLEASANT STREET AND THAT ENDED IN THIS CRASH. WINSTON-SALEM POLICE SAY THEY TOOK FOUR PEOPLE INTO CUSTODY HERE, THREE ADULTS AND ONE JUVENILE. WE ARE TOLD ONE OF THEM HAS MINOR INJURIES. POLICE DID NOT SPECIFY WHICH ONE IN OVERSEAS. NOW BUCKINGHAM PALACE SAYS PRINCE PRINCESS ANNE IS RECOVERING FROM A CONCUSSION AFTER AN INCIDENT ON THE GATCOMBE ESTATE ON SUNDAY. When responding officers arrived, they said they located four victims, later identified as Angelo Delacruz Calleja, 18; a 54-year-old woman; a 51-year-old man; and a 31-year-old man. All victims were found with gunshot wounds. Three were taken to a local hospital for treatment; however, Calleja was dead when officers arrived.Officers later learned Austreberto Marin Figueroa, 43, arrived at a local hospital suffering from gunshot wounds. Figueroa has been arrested and charged with general murder as a result of this investigation and has been placed in the Forsyth County Detention Center under no bond allowed. Five people were shot, including a suspect, and one person has died following an early morning shooting, according to officers with the Winston-Salem Police Department.

On Sunday around 12:26 a.m., police said they responded to a reported shooting on the 2000 block of Starlight Drive. When responding officers arrived, they said they located four victims, later identified as Angelo Delacruz Calleja, 18; a 54-year-old woman; a 51-year-old man; and a 31-year-old man. All victims were found with gunshot wounds. Three were taken to a local hospital for treatment; however, Calleja was dead when officers arrived.
