Money on Books provides safe and secure deposits by using either Access Corrections, JPay, TouchPay, or *USPS Money Orders. All orders are processed the next business day (Monday-Fridays, 9:00am – 5:00pm PST, Excluding Holidays and Weekends).

HOW DO I ADD COMMISSARY MONEY OR PHONE TIME TO AN INMATE'S ACCOUNT? The PCSO partners with Vendengine and City Tele Coin to provide commissary and phone card services to Putnam County Inmates. There are two kiosks in our main lobby, one to provide commissary money and one to purchase phone cards for inmates.

If you need to deposit cash, you can deposit funds at a Telmate Lobby Kiosk. The lobby kiosk is located in the jail lobby. Inmates are allowed to maintain a commissary account while incarcerated. This money may be used for purchasing snacks, toiletries, personal hygiene items, etc.

If an inmate asks you to put “money on his book” so he can make commissary purchases there are several ways you can do it; You can MAIL in a money order or cash. We highly recommend that you don't send cash through the mail. Personal checks are not accepted.
