Before you start, make sure you installed the correct version for your game version from the fomod installerI use the cracked/pirated version of the game and cannot read the big letters in the description. I get crash at startup OR I simply don't get any physics with this mod.
This mod doesn't work with cracked/pirated versions of the game, because it uses a specific address to hook and that address is different in the cracked version.
I have SKSEVR version 2.0.12 or SKSE64 version 2.0.20 or SKSE64 version 2.2.5 and I don't see the option in FOMOD installer
2.0.10 version for VR works with 2.0.12. While installing the mod, game version is the one that's important, not SKSE version.
2.0.17 version for SSE works with 2.0.20.
2.2.4 version for SSE/AE works with 2.2.5.
How do I install this mod manually? I don't use mod managers, I always install mods manually.This mod comes with a FOMOD installer with lots of options during install. You shouldn't install mods manually. Use a mod manager like Mod Organizer 2 (MO2) or Vortex to install mods. FOMOD installers will appear correctly if you use a mod manager. Installing this mod manually is not recommended or supported. If you install mods manually, you would only have problems.
I followed the instructions to the word, I have all the requirements, ran FNIS/Nemesis... It still doesn't work, no bounce, no collisions. I need help.
You probably missed a step, or did something wrong, so let's go over it again together:
- You need a physics compatible body. This means that you need a body that have working Breast-Butt-Belly-vagin* nodes. I'll list some of them for you so you can choose. Some of these have no prebuilt bodies available and will require you to build a body using Bodyslide Studio:
- CBBE SE Physics body -> Requires Bodyslide build. Only has Breast-Butt nodes.
- CBBE SE Special body -> Requires Bodyslide build. Only has Breast-Butt-vagin* nodes.
- UNP or UNPB -> Has prebuilt bodies and prebuilt armors and clothes. Has Breast-Butt-Belly nodes.
- CBBE 3BBB or BHUNP -> Requires Bodyslide build. HasBreast,Belly, Butt, Thigh, Calf, vagin* nodes.
- Oldrim CosioHD (Uses CBBE Textures)-> Requires Bodyslide build. Has Breast-Butt-Belly-vagin* nodes.
- Oldrim CBBE Special Body -> Requires Bodyslide build. Has Breast-Butt-Belly-vagin* nodes.
- Oldrim UUNP(Unified UNP) body-> Requires Bodyslide build. Has Breast-Butt-Belly-vagin* nodes.
For those of you asking, no vanilla bodies and armors cannot support physics. They don't have the required nodes. So you need one of the bodies I listed, or any other body that has the required bones.
- You need XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended - XPMSSE. This is very important. Choose Latest (Physics) skeleton type when you are installing. And don't let anything overwrite its files. Realistic Ragdolls and Force is not compatible(Skeleton files), so if you have that uninstall it(or delete the skeleton files manually). It overwrites its skeletons.
I don't use it myself but if you are using Vortex, be extra sure nothing is overwriting XP32 Skeleton you installed from the conflicting mods menu.
- You need to run FNIS/Nemesis now. Run GenerateFNISForUsers and make sure you select skeleton arm fix/Or Nemesis equivalent.
- You need SKSE64 or SKSEVR depending on your game. Make sure you run the game with skse64_loader.exe or sksevr_loader.exe
These are the main steps required. Depending on your preferred mod manager, it may vary in process. This guide just assumes you know how to use your mod manager.
SKSE plugins should be able to be installed like a normal mod, but sometimes, especially if it uses a vfs like MO2, skse plugins may end up not being correctly loaded. So if you have problems, after installing the mod, you can move all the installed files(cbp.dll and txt files) to Data\SKSE\Plugins under game folder manually.
I don't get any physics or game is crashing on startup or Error 1114 in skse64/sksevr log
Check your skse64/sksevrlog file from location:
"My Documents\my games\Skyrim Special Edition\SKSE\skse64.log" for SSE
"My Documents\my games\Skyrim VR\SKSE\sksevr.log" for Skyrim VR
If you don't know or want help, post it using controlc.com so I can check it as well (you can open it using notepad).
If the game is crashing as soon as it hits main menu and there is no Error 1114 in skse64/sksevr log, then make sure you don't have two of the same mod loading. Some people somehow forget that they had renamed cbp.dll to xcbp.dll and then when they install the new version of this mod, they have two of the same mod together. This would cause issues no matter which mod it is.
Also, if you are using this mod alongside HDT-SMP, make sure both cbp.dll andhdtSMP64.dll were loading together, for example both needs to be installed with MO2 or both needs to be installed directly to the game folder. You shouldn't mix them up by installing one to game folder and one from MO2. This isn't a problem for users of Vortex.
If you are using Vortex, Vortex apparently jumbles skse plugin order sometimes for no reason. It should be alphabetical normally, but it's not in vortex sometimes. I still don't know its cause.
Some people fix it by:
- Redeploying the mods (for Vortex)
- Restarting the pc
- Renaming cbp.dll to something else to force another mix etc.
- Move both cbp.dll and hdtsmp64.dll to your game folder Data\SKSE\Plugins folder manually.
cbp.dll needs to load before hdtsmp64.dll in your skse log.
If you are sure it's not one of the things above, it may be exe file corruption. Solution is to verify integrity of game files on steam. Do it twice if it doesn't work. If you are on an old version of skyrim,you can download the exe again without verifying file integrity:Try this methodorLoverslab link
If breasts/butts etc. continue bouncing when standing still or if you are getting jerky/choppy bounce movement when fps drops (For example, in exteriors only etc.)
You can try setting FpsCorrection = 0 in CBPCSystem.ini file to disable FPS Correction feature. It's disabled by default. But other mods can overwrite it. So, make sure you do it on the winning file. That feature is for matching the bounce amount for all framerates, but it can appear choppy or can cause infinite bouncing for some people.If you are getting jitters during collisions, walking when other parts are colliding to each other etc.
You can try adjusting .collisionFriction values in your CBPConfig****.txt files to be higher. Default is 0.80 in version 1.5.2. If you have lower values, you can set it higher, up to 1.0 (which disables movement during collision). Also make sure .collisionElastic is set to 1 which fixes these types of jitters when a .collisionFriction value lower than 1.0 is used.If you are getting vagin* jitters and use 3BA/BHUNP etc.Make sure 3BA/BHUNP etc. overwrites CBPC in your mod load order. They come with config files that need to overwrite CBPC, so you need to make sure they are positioned correctly in your mod manager.If the schlong is swinging like a swing in the animations, badly...Make sure you chose "Physics Extension" while installing XP32 Skeleton (XPMSSE) and nothing is overwriting it.Physics don't apply until armor is reequipped
How do I disable belly getting enlarged during sex scenes?
That's belly bulge. You can disable it by setting BellyBulge = 0 in CBPCollisionConfig.txt and CBPCollisionConfig_Female.txt files in SKSE\Plugins folder.Bounce is too unrealistic for me, I tried other bounce configs, but it's still not what I want. This mod is bad, it doesn't have exactly what I demand!!!1!CBPC is a physics framework. It comes with 10 different 1-breast bone body compatible bounce configs by default (jiggliest to firmest) to show you that it works right away, as stated in the description. It's not possible to create config files for each user's desires one by one. Everyone wants what they like to be the default one, and that's not possible either.
If you are using a 1-breast bone body, you can either use one of the 10 bounce config options in the fomod along with the new amplitude adjustments or many of the already existing config files linked, or you can adjust a better config file for yourself, and
you can share it for others to use as well.If you don't want to share stuff yourself, just send them to me and I'll include them in the mod page or fomod installer for others to use.
If you use a 3-breast bone body 3BA-BHUNP-COCO, they have different options in the fomod installer for you to choose. You can also use the Breast-Butt Bounce Config Fomod in the Optional Files section here which has several combinations including the new amplitude settings. Same applies here, choose the one most suited for you, and modify it if you want, Acro has a great article on how to edit the config files. You can then
share it for others to use as well.Here's a realistic config shared by avidichard for 3BA body:3BA RFBBTHere's another realistic config mod that I recommend for 3BA or BHUNP:Petite to Plenty - A CBPC Config for Realistic Collisions and Physics
avidichard also made a great article that explains bounce config parameters. It's for 3BA body, but parameter explanations are the same for 1-breast bone bodies.
To modify bounce configs, open cbpconfig***.txt file, set tuning.rate parameter to 60 and open the game to change the values while the game is running to see the changes immediately. And then when you are satisfied, set tuning.rate back to 0 for normal play and save it.
It depends on which config files you change, but there are several ways:
For bounce config changes: set tuning.rate to 60 in cbpconfig.txt file to make the bounce configs reload every 60 frames.
For collision config changes: setTuningMode = 1 in CBPCMasterConfig.txt file to make collision and master configs to reload every 120 frames.
For both config changes: open console and run "cbpc reload" command to reload bounce and collision and master config files.
For system config changes: open console and run "cbpc sysreload" command to reload system ini file.
It's also possible to do it using papyrus functions. Check the description page for detail.
I don't want physics on some nodes. Is there a way to turn them off?Of course, this is a framework. It only does what you tell it to. Turning off nodes is easy. Just open CBPCMasterConfig*** files and under [ConfigMap], put a comment character # in front of the nodes you want to turn off. You can of course just delete that line as well:For example:[ConfigMap]
NPC L Breast=LBreast=IsFemale()
NPC R Breast=RBreast=IsFemale()
NPC L Butt=LButt=IsFemale()
NPC R Butt=RButt=IsFemale()
NPC Belly=Belly=IsFemale()
HDT Belly=HDTBelly=IsFemale()
#NPC Pelvis [Pelv]
<
L Breast01=ExtraBreast1L=IsFemale()
L Breast02=ExtraBreast2L=IsFemale()
L Breast03=ExtraBreast3L=IsFemale()
>
<
R Breast01=ExtraBreast1R=IsFemale()
R Breast02=ExtraBreast2R=IsFemale()
R Breast03=ExtraBreast3R=IsFemale()
>
#NPC L FrontThigh=LFrontThigh=IsFemale() #Disabled because it has a # character in front.
#NPC R FrontThigh=RFrontThigh=IsFemale() #Disabled because it has a # character in front.
#NPC L RearThigh=LRearThigh=IsFemale() #Disabled because it has a # character in front.
#NPC R RearThigh=RRearThigh=IsFemale() #Disabled because it has a # character in front.
#NPC L RearCalf [LrClf]=LRearCalf=IsFemale() #Disabled because it has a # character in front.
#NPC R RearCalf [RrClf]=RRearCalf=IsFemale() #Disabled because it has a # character in front.
Is it possible to use this mod for Player only?Yes, you can do it by opening CBPCSystem.ini file and setting ActorDistance and ActorBounceDistance values to 1.
I don't want Collisions. Is there a way to use this mod for bounce only?There are two ways:
- Set ActorDistance to 0 while keeping ActorBounceDistance value high (Default is 2048). You'll only get player-player collisions this way.
- Delete CBPCollisionConfig*** files. This will disable collisions completely.
Camera movement causes NPC breasts to move or get stuckIncrease ActorAngle value in CBPCSystem.ini file. Default is 180, lower values can cause this issue. You can set it to 360 to disable camera restriction completely.
Distant actors lose physics or their body parts get stuck for some reasonIncrease ActorBounceDistance value in CBPCSystem.ini file. Default is 2048, low values can cause this issue.
I get SOS flickering and I'm using Improved Camera modNot a bug of this mod. SetbFirstPersonShadows=0 in ImprovedCamera.ini.
SOS penis bends to the right/left when it's flaccid issue
This is an 3BA config bug. You can fix it by editing the CBPConfig_SOS.txt file (SKSE/Plugins) that comes with 3BA.
And changed these lines to 0:SOS01.gravityBias 0.00
SOS02.gravityBias 0.00
SOS03.gravityBias 0.00
SOS04.gravityBias 0.00
SOS05.gravityBias 0.00
SOS06.gravityBias 0.00
I use Werewolf Body for VR with CBPC and I get this weird skeleton issue and feet look and act weird
Werewolf Body for VRandVampire Body for VRmods are supported. Just make sure you don't have
[ColliderNodes]
...
NPC L Thigh [LThg]
NPC R Thigh [RThg]
NPC L Calf [LClf]
NPC R Calf [RClf]
NPC L Foot [Lft ]
NPC R Foot [Rft ]
...
lines under [ColliderNodes] in CBPCollisionConfig***.txt files. Accessing these nodes are not supported by VRIK and can cause issues. These nodes aren't there by default. It can be added by other mods like 3BA.
I use PLANCK and in VR, I can't put my hands inside Pelvis area at all
This is not caused by CBPC. It is caused by the collisions defined in XP32 skeleton that are used by PLANCK. You can install this mod or adjust the skeleton file yourself to fix it.
I don't get any physics in Alternate Start Live Another Life prison room
Using CBBE 3BA or BHUNP and not getting any Breast physics
CBBE 3BA and BHUNP use differently named breast bones. So you need to make sure CBBE 3BA or BHUNP is overwriting CBPC config files. If you updated CBPC to 1.4.x, you need to update 3BA/BHUNP to the latest version as well.
Starting with CBPC version 1.4.9, CBPCMasterConfig files are now modular as well, so mod load order shouldn't be an issue anymore, just update to the latest versions of 3BA/BHUNP as well.
Getting bounce but no collisions (While possibly usingCBBE 3BA or BHUNP)
Boobs and Ass falling to the ground, getting weird shrinking, stretching or crushing effects, good collision unless player is close to the npc
You either didn't install XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended - XPMSSE or something is overwriting it. Triple check. Make sure nothing overwrites the human skeletons, or use xp32 based skeletons (Usual suspects are Realistic Ragdolls, Dragonfly BBP, Joy of Perspective etc.). After that run FNIS/Nemesis again.Also make sure you don't have any unofficial mods that overwrite the dll of this mod. They are not supported in any way.
If you are playing at high fps, and seeing laggy movement (When FpsCorrection is disabled)
ChangeBreast.timeStep, Butt.timeStep and Belly.timeStep values in CBPConfig.txt to match the bounce.For example 0.80 works for 60fps(default), 0.40 value would work for 120fps(Found by Bumzel),0.20 value would work for 240fps etc.
If the mod is causing performance/FPS loss for you and stuttering
Make sure tuning.rate in cbpconfig*.txt files andTuningMode in CBPCMasterConfig.txt file are set to 0 for gaming. Those settings are used for in-game modification of config files and should be set to 0 for normal gaming as I/O is the biggest reason for performance loss in today's computers.Also check the next one, since it can be related to use of Display Tweaks as well.If you are getting consistent frametime spikes when using the mod alongside Display Tweaks
This is discovered by RoboLawyer. Fix is to adjust settings of Display Tweaks like this:MaximumRefreshRate=60 (or 120, since cbpc has a setting for it in the FOMOD)
FramerateLimit=60 (or whatever max refreshrate was set to)
FramerateLimitMode=0 (states that it favors consistent frametimes so I set it to that)
Some NPCs don't have physics, or some npcs have physics but my player character doesn't etc.
Note that, some npc overhauls, follower mods etc. change the body mesh path they use, and they come with their own body. So make sure every body mesh in the game is physics compatible, including the default body, npc bodies... You can copy default bodies after building them to your npc overhaul body folders and replace them to ensure every one of them has physics.You need to copy all 6 body files:- femalebody_0.nif
- femalebody_1.nif
- femalehands_0.nif
- femalehands_1.nif
- femalefeet_0.nif
- femalefeet_1.nif
You need to paste them into any and all Bijin folders that contain files with those same names, overwriting those files. If you do not copy the hands and feet in addition to the actual femalebody_n.nif files, you risk having visible wrist and ankle seams. You will need to do this every time you build your body+hands+feet in BodySlide.Copy the bodyslide built files from here:
For MO2:
Mod Organizer\mods\Your Body Mod Folder\meshes\actors\character\character assets
OR for other mod managers/vanilla etc:
data\meshes\actors\character\character assetsTO folder for the Bijin mods: data\meshes\actors\character\Bijin XXXXX or Mod Organizer\mods\Bijin Mod folder\meshes\actors\character\Bijin XXXXX
it's the same for other npc overhauls that come with their own bodies.
Are you trying to use HDT-SMP with CBPC?
..\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\SKSE\Plugins\hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs\DefaultBBPs.xml.
If you have a 3BA (CBBE) or 3BBB (BHUNP) body installed, there are premade SMP-Body-Physics-disabling DefaultBBPs.xml files selectable when you choose CBPC as your Body Physics provider during the installation process- just authorize the override when you get the conflict alert from Vortex.
If you have one of the older bodies (UUNP, CBBE) then you will have to edit the file yourself. Here is what mine looked like before I installed BHUNP:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><default-bbps>
<!--
<map shape="UUNP" file="SKSE\Plugins\hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs\uunp-body.xml"/>
<map shape="Hands" file="SKSE\Plugins\hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs\Hands.xml"/>
<map shape="Feet" file="SKSE\Plugins\hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs\Feet.xml"/>
<map shape="FemaleHead" file="SKSE\Plugins\hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs\Head.xml"/>
-->
<map shape="MaleGenitals" file="SKSE\Plugins\hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs\MaleGenitals.xml"/>
<!--
<map shape="MaleFeet" file="SKSE\Plugins\hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs\MaleFeet.xml"/>
<map shape="MaleHands" file="SKSE\Plugins\hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs\MaleHands.xml"/>
<map shape="MaleBody" file="SKSE\Plugins\hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs\MaleBody.xml"/>
<map shape="MaleHead" file="SKSE\Plugins\hdtSkinnedMeshConfigs\MaleHead.xml"/>
-->
</default-bbps>
Also make sure both cbp.dll andhdtSMP64.dll were loading together, for example both needs to be installed with MO2 or both needs to be installed directly to the game folder.
- Redeploying the mods
- Restarting the pc
- Deleting their"My Documents\My games\Skyrim Special Edition\SKSE\" folder completely before running the game.
- Renaming cbp.dll to some thing else to force another mix etc.
So I suggest trying those first.
Also if you were using _preloader to load cbp.dll after hdtSMP64.dll, that's not needed after version 1.4.0.
Breasts tend to get "stuck" at weird positions/angles while characters are walking1. open the CBPCollisionConfig***.txt files in SKSE/Plugins path [NPC L UpperArm [LUar]]
2. remove upper arm collision and sphere lines:NPC L UpperArm [LUar]

-0.5,0.25,18,2.6 | -0.5,0.25,18,2.6 -->Example
[NPC R UpperArm [RUar]]

0.5,0.25,18,2.6 | 0.5,0.25,18,2.6 -->Example
1. open theCBPConfig***.txtfiles inSKSE/Plugins path
2. edit gravityCorrection values to a positive value:NodeName.gravityCorrection -0.4 -0.1
TO:NodeName.gravityCorrection 0.4 0.1
A Quest 2 user reported that HapticFrequency=120 and HapticStrength=5 worked for them. Find the best values for you.
If you are getting crashes during the gameMake sure tuning.rate in cbpconfig*.txt files andTuningMode in CBPCMasterConfig.txt file are set to 0 for gaming.
If you get crashes during combat, during kill cam etc. set UseCamera to 0 in CBPCSystem.ini file. That feature can cause problems with some camera related mods or situations..
This should never happen normally, but if you have a CTD and if I ask you for a crash dump, here's how you get it:How to enable skse crashdumps:Open or Create SKSE.ini in Data\SKSE folder,writeinside this and save:
[Debug]
WriteMinidumps=1
and then when you crash, it will generate .dmp files in "My Documents\my games\Skyrim Special Edition\SKSE\Crashdumps" folder. Upload the latest .dmp file somewhere so I can check it.
Will add more stuff when I find more.
